Any information you enter on a contact or enquiry form will be collected by us for our records in order to be able to deal with your enquiry and to return the requested information to you.  We retain this information indefinitely or until you ask us to delete it.  Certain information will however be retained as required by accounting policies for a period of at least six years. No identifiable personal information is collected or retained by this website.


If you use this website we will ask you if you are willing to accept cookies.  Either way we will set a temporary cookie to remember your choice.  This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. We will also set up several cookies to determine which pages of our website you visit and certain technical information regarding the device you use and the screen size etc. Your screen options cookies last for a year.  Cookies neither store nor seek to determine any personal data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
